• Welcome to the AICEF-PTAC

The American Indian Chamber Education Fund Procurement Technical Assistance Center (AICEF PTAC) works with Native American businesses and Tribal enterprises to help businesses pursue and perform under contracts with the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, state and local governments and with government prime contractors. We do this by providing confidential, no cost, one-on-one counseling to small businesses throughout three Bureau of Indian Regions (Pacific, Western, and the Northwest)

  • Providing Technical Support

Our PTAC provides intensive, one-on-one assistance to Tribes, Tribal Enterprises, ANCs and American Indian/Alaskan Native owned businesses wishing to participate in the government marketplace. We also provide in-depth training to support these government procurement endeavors in the form of in-person workshops, seminars and webinars.

  • Serving These BIA Regions
